Digital Ticket Information

New in 2021-22, Holy Cross Athletics has transitioned to digital ticketing. This page will help answer any questions you may have regarding your digital tickets. On this page, you will find FAQs, step-by-step instructions on adding tickets to your digital wallet, and information on how to transfer tickets, along with screenshots to assist you.

Important Notes:

  • Your tickets will arrive in a confirmation/receipt email. All tickets for your event/season will be contained in one email. If you are using spam filters, please make sure you add to your approved sender list. Please also ensure that your email is set to accept attachments.
  • From the receipt email, you will have the option to either print your tickets or download them to your smartphone’s digital wallet.
  • Digital tickets may be used on any type of smartphone. Apple Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the digital wallet app.
  • Protect your digital ticket like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique code that is scanned at the event. If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan will be allowed entry. If a unique code has already been scanned, the gate staff will be alerted and entry will not be permitted.
  • Parking passes will also be digital and will work the same way your digital game ticket does. Please read below for full instructions.
  • We recommend downloading tickets to your smartphone as soon as you receive them to avoid any connectivity issues at the stadium, arena or rink.

With digital ticketing, you’ll never leave your tickets at home! As long as you have your phone, you can access all of your tickets, anytime!


To access your tickets via your online account, follow the instructions below. If you have trouble logging in, you can contact the ticket office by calling or texting us at 1-844-GOCROSS. You can also email us at

1. Visit and click on My Account.

2. Enter your username and password to log into your account. If you have not yet logged in or need assistance, please contact the ticket office at 1-844-GOCROSS. If you are logging in for the first time but already have tickets in your account, please DO NOT create a new account. Simply call the ticket office during normal business hours or visit the ticket office on game day.

3. Within your account menu, select Events and Tickets.

4. Select the game(s) you would like to add to your digital wallet. Fans who would like to transfer their ticket(s) will still need to add to their digital wallets to complete the transfer.

How to Use Your Digital Tickets

1. You should receive an email from titled Confirmation of Order Number...”

2. You have three options to use your digital tickets:

  • Both iPhone and Android users can click the Add to Apple Wallet icon to add your ticket(s) to a digital wallet (recommended). A new screen will appear that shows your digital ticket. Click the Add button in the top right corner of your screen. Make sure to add each ticket, not just the first one.
  • Open the PDF attached to your confirmation email and present it at the gate for barcode scanning.
  • If you choose, you may print traditional print-at-home tickets by opening and printing the PDF attached to your confirmation email.

Transferring your Tickets

From an Apple Device:

1. Add your tickets to your digital wallet app by following the steps outlined above.

2. Open your digital wallet, tap the three dots located in the upper right corner.

3. Tap the Share icon. From there, you can email or text the ticket(s) directly to your contact.

From an Android Device:

1. Add your tickets to your digital wallet app by following the steps outlined above.

2. Open the Android-based wallet app and tap the information icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

3. Tap Share Pass. From there, you can email or text the ticket(s) directly to your contact.

Accepting a Transferred Ticket

1. Recipients will receive a link by text or email.

2. Click the link and follow the steps outlined above to add the tickets to your digital wallet.

3. Present tickets at the gate to be scanned and enjoy the game!

Q: What is changing?

  • The default delivery method for all tickets will now be email. Fans can then add their tickets to a digital wallet, present a digital PDF at the gate or print at home if they prefer a physical ticket.
  • Our traditional physical ticket books will no longer be mailed to season ticket holders.
  • Fans without compatible smartphones or printers may make other arrangements for ticket delivery by contacting the ticket office at 1-844-GOCROSS or

Q: What hardware or software do I need?

  • Digital tickets may be used on any type of smartphone with a digital ticket viewer (such as Apple, Android, Windows, Blackberry, etc.).
  • Apple Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the Apple Wallet app. Apple Wallet comes pre-installed as an app from Apple in operating system iOS 6. Wallet is only available on iPhone devices running iOS 6 or later. iPhone 5 comes with iOS 6 pre-installed, whereas iPhone 3GS devices or later can be upgraded to iOS 6
  • Please note: iPads DO NOT support Wallet regardless of iOS versions

Q: What if there are multiple people in my group?

  • All of the tickets from any single order will be emailed within the same single PDF attachment. You can open the attachment and scroll through to have the ushers scan each QR code, or, if you have added your tickets to a digital wallet, you can transfer tickets to the other members of your group.

Q: What if I can’t access my email at the stadium?

  • If your tickets have been added to a digital wallet, then there is no need to access your email. Just open the wallet app and select your tickets.
  • If you have not added your tickets to digital wallet and you are unable to access your email at the stadium, you can go to a ticket window at the facility and ask to have your ticket printed. NOTE: We can only print tickets for the ticket account holder, and photo ID will be required prior to reprints being issued.

Q: What if my ticket Isn’t scanning at the gate?

  • Check that the brightness on your phone is set to 50% or higher. If your ticket still is not scanning, you can go to any ticket window and a representative will assist you with your tickets.

Q: When will my tickets be available on My Account?

  • Tickets will not be viewable on your account until close to the start of the season.

Q: Why haven’t I received my digital tickets?

Please troubleshoot issues in the following ways. If you still have not received your tickets after addressing the issues below, please contact the Holy Cross Ticket Office.

  • Make sure your account has the correct email address
  • Check your spam folder
  • Make sure that your spam guard and settings allow you to receive emails with attachments
  • Be sure to add to your safe senders list
  • Please allow at least one hour for your tickets to arrive

Q: What if I lose or delete my ticket confirmation email?

  • Simply go to and login to your account. There you will be able to add your tickets back to your phone.
